On the crisp morning of 02/07/2025, Dongguan Yaosheng Industrial Co., Ltd. commenced its new fiscal year with a vibrant ground-breaking ceremony, blending tradition and modernity at its production facility. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of every employee, from frontline workers to senior executives, united in a collective ritual to invoke prosperity for the year ahead.  

The ceremony opened with a traditional Chinese worship ritual, a longstanding custom in Guangdong's manufacturing sector to honor cultural heritage and seek divine blessings for safety and success. Employees gathered around an elaborately arranged altar adorned with offerings of fruits, roasted pork, and incense. To the rhythmic beats of drums, the company’s leadership led the team in paying respects to the deities, symbolizing gratitude for past achievements and hopes for renewed growth.

To commence the auspicious year, workplaces across the country will resonate with the crackling sounds of firecrackers and our factory is no exception. Our boss lights the firecrackers himself. The vibrant colors and the joyous explosions of the firecrackers symbolize a fresh start and the warding off negativity from the previous year. Additionally, to ensure prosperity and good fortune for the year ahead, employees will gather to offer prayers and make offerings to the God of Wealth. This customary practice is believed to bless the workplace with abundance and success.
